I have added Yogg-Saron+1 to hard modes and changed the values of Freya+3 and Vezax.
Additionally I'm considering adding two more, namely Freya+2, Yogg+2 (and maybe even Yogg+3). Their difficulty is on par or higher than some of the other hard modes in there and they're definitely a progression point.
Thoughts? |

It shouldnt be a major difference in terms of points but as for me, i agree it should be done as guilds deserve some merit between doing yogg+4 and yogg+3 for instance.
Yogg+4 is easy, yogg +3 is ok, yogg+2 is a challenge, yogg+1 is hard, yogg+0 is lazerbeams.
now just replace those names with appropriate values! Same goes to Freya. |

I belive it's a great idé. Tbh any way of doing a boss that is a "work in progress" against the hardest mode you can do should be on the list.
Yogg is the perfect example +3 +2 +1 +0 etc all the way from one "harder mode" to the hardest avaible. and maybe ass Iron council with the Runemaster as a "middle hard" mode? as it is harder than the dwarf last and it also drop the disc. |

lame... only add yogg+1 for the heroic part, freya+2 and other stuff aint worth it.
Don't change anything for the 10man chart everything in there is easy anyway... |

While Sundet is a total nub he does raise half a point.
Only the ones that reward something extra(title/loot) should be considered hardmodes. As examples:
Freya + 0 = normal mode
Freya + 3 = hard mode (extra loot)
Freya + 1/2 = harder but not hardmode...these are merely stepping stones towards the hard mode goal so the learning curve isn't too steep going from Freya normal to hardmode
Yogg-Saron + 4 = normal mode
Yogg-Saron + 1 = this could be considered as a hardmode since you have the extra rewards and is counted towards the meta
Yogg-Saron + 0 = this is really an epeen achievement and yes it should have a hardmode+ rank or something
Yogg-Saron + 2/3 = again stepping stones so the learning curve isn't too steep for everybody
You can elaborate on these to split hairs if you want but the original design is pretty much what I've said.
PS: You can give Yogg-Saron + 0 a ranking like: 'Nutcracker Hardmode' |

It's a "Progression" chart, so if it drops Hard mode loot or not is irrelevent. And saying some modes are to easy to be on there is just being ignorant.
All in all.. the more modes you add the more correct the list will be. Unless we want it to be a "e-peen" list where only the higher guilds will be seen on their progress while the "lower" guilds won't even be able to show the tiny progress they've actually made.

I totally agree with this. Both Freya+1 and Yogg+3 are harder than Levi and XT-002. It's a progression chart and killing Freya+1 instead of Freya+0 is exactly that. The main reasons I didn't include them before was because I was afraid I might run out of room.
Right now there's 11 columns of hard mode encounters, with the "missing" ones it'll be 15 (Freya+1/2, Yogg+3/2). Naxxaramas got 15 encounters too, so there is definitely room for them although I may have to shorten some of the names.
I'll let this topic stay open for a little longer, since I'm hoping to get feedback from more than just two guilds. :)

| If i were to choose i wouldn't show the easy mode kills to begin with... The whole reason for this chart is to check how your progression is compared to other guilds aka Epeenis. Could just remove the easier bosses from the chart completely i don't care about bosses that any scrub guild or pug can kill. |
